Mr. Smolich earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Santa Clara University in 1982. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1985. He became a member of the State Bar of California in 1985 and he is a certified specialist in the area of workers’ compensation.

Mr. Smolich represents injured and disabled individuals in matters involving Social Security disability, workers’ compensation, and personal injury claims. His practice focuses on representing construction workers, industrial workers, commercial drivers, and other hard-working people. He has been fortunate to represent numerous members from the Ironworkers, Laborers, Cement Masons, Glaziers, Carpenters, Operating Engineers, and Teamsters Unions.
