College in 1988. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Lincoln
Law School of Sacramento in 1992. This educational background created

After becoming a member of the State Bar of California in 1993, Mr. Smolich
also sought out a certified specialty in the area of workers’ compensation.
