The Law Offices of Smolich & Smolich is a 2nd generation law firm, representing clients in Sacramento and surrounding areas since 1969. The combined legal experience of attorneys spans more than 8 decades. Throughout this vast time frame, we have successfully represented thousands of clients and their families.
We are committed to providing outstanding representation for Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and Social Security Disability claims. Our firm was founded by Andrew Smolich in 1969. At that time, Mr. Smolich’s emphasis was on representing local union members and their families in construction site injuries, personal injury and negligence claims, and auto accident claims. During the 1970’s, he recognized the need to provide high quality legal representation for his clients in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability claims, as well. Today, 40 years later, our firm continues to fight to protect our client’s rights for all injury and disability matters.
