Robert M. Smolich

Mr. Smolich earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Mary’s College in 1984.  He later obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 1992.   He became a member of the State Bar of California in 1993 where he is also a certified specialist in the area of workers’ compensation.     

Mr. Smolich represents injured and disabled individuals in matters involving Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation claims. 

He is an active member of the following groups and associations:

• National Organization for Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR)
• Sacramento Organization for Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (SOSSCR)
• California Applicant Attorneys
